Order Cancellation & Refund Process

At Jorra, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these simple steps:

Cancellation Process:

   • Your Full Name
   • Order Number
   • Items to Cancel

2. Await Confirmation: Our customer support team will process your cancellation request as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

Refund Process:

• Online Payments: If you made an online payment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, but only if:

  • We delivered the wrong or damaged items, or
  • The item is out of stock.

  Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, our customer support team will guide you through the refund process. Kindly provide the necessary details when you make your cancellation request.
